Terms and Conditions for Cashback

This Offer entitles the customers to receive cashback on their UPI, NEFT, or Amazon Pay. The customers will be responsible for their choice of the cashback transfer method. The denomination of the cashback will be revealed post successful registration on the promotional website.
Any customer purchasing a promotional product and following the directions on the pack, shall be eligible to receive a voucher. The customer shall receive a cashback of an amount mentioned on the promotional website. (“Cashback/Voucher Amount”).
By redeeming the oﬀer provided on the same, a participant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions below (“Conditions”).
These Conditions apply to every person redeeming the oﬀer (“Participant”) given by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd.. No claim shall lie for any redemption requests made after the expiry of the Oﬀer Period.
Every Participant will be responsible for entering details such as UPI ID, NEFT, etc. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for any incorrect entries or details on the promotion website. No change in details will be entertained once you have submitted the booking.
This oﬀer can be availed by any Indian resident of 18 years of age or above.
Every Participant agrees that the details shared by the Participant including name, mobile no., and other information (Data) is required for the purpose of participation in this oﬀer. Each Participant hereby expressly provides his/her consent to Premier Sales Promotions Private Limited and Havells India Limited along with its aﬃliates to process and store Data in connection with the successful implementation of this Cashback oﬀer/ scheme, including cross-border processing.
The Payment processing partner holds the right to refuse transactions deemed fraudulent as per their policies. In the event of any fraud detection, the payment processing partner reserves the right to modify/change, discontinue, terminate, and withdraw the Oﬀer at any time during the Oﬀer Period.
The Participant acknowledges that relevant state and central taxes may be deducted by the merchant while redeeming the discount oﬀer and therefore, the amount reﬂected in the voucher may not be the same as the ﬁnal redemption value received by the Participant.
In no event shall Premiere Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd or Havells India Ltd. be held liable for any issues relating to the redemption of the voucher including redemption requests not being honored by the payment processing partner.
In no event shall the maximum liability of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. and/or Havells India Ltd. exceed the value of the voucher as the case may be.
Participants can raise a complaint related to this oﬀer at havellspromo@bigcity.in and customercare@havells.com.
Any disputes or diﬀerences in connection with the oﬀer shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at New Delhi.
The payment processing partner reserves the right to restrict cashback for any account with suspicious behavior or invalid details/credentials. The wallet partner/payment processing partner has the right to ask for documents to prove the customer/user’s identity.
This oﬀer is subject to government regulations.
Havells reserves the right to amend/alter/ short close the terms and conditions the Scheme without any prior notice

General Terms & Conditions

This Voucher entitles you to an assured cashback of Rs. 300 and up to Rs. 5000 as well as additional cashback of Rs. 25 000/- (through Lucky Draw) subject to any applicable taxes along with voucher having Discount Offers worth around Rs. 25000.
This oﬀer is for consumers only and is not a trade scheme or employee scheme for the Company’s employees, retailers, dealers, and/or distributors. The usage of this Voucher is incumbent upon the terms & conditions to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder/purchaser.
The “How to Use/Redeem” instructions form a part of these Terms & Conditions.
The Promotion & contest shall run on the select SKUs only.
This oﬀer is subject to promotional availability. This oﬀer is not exchangeable for “cash” or for “sale”.
Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each entrant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.
Only one voucher code per booking will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be booked together.
Only printed invoice/bill that includes in a legible manner the Store Name (Only select Outlets), Store Address, Store GST No, Date of Purchase, Invoice/Bill No, Item Names (only the participating products), and prices will be considered as an eligible receipt for the purpose of claiming rewards.
No handwritten bills/invoices or photocopied bills/invoices, scanned, illegible, tampered or defaced bills/invoices will be considered.
Only the purchases made between 01/05/2024 and 30/06/2024 will be considered for availing cashback and the validity of of discounts shall be subject to the terms of the concerned brands from which discounts are being availed.
The invoice/bill copy should clearly mention the eligible products ie. < SKU name>
The invoice/bill copy should be in ENGLISH language only.
One single bill/invoice will be valid for one reward, regardless of the number of eligible SKUs purchased in that invoice.
Photocopied, torn or mutilated Vouchers will not be accepted.
Customer purchase invoice should have customer name and mobile number, no registration/booking will be entertained if the invoice is in the name of any other person or company/organization.
The customer will need to register the voucher within 15 days of their purchase or before the last date to register i.e. 15/07/2024, whichever is earlier, failing which the voucher will be invalidated and cannot be used further.
A maximum of one voucher can be used per person, per mobile number, per email id, and per account, per invoice during the promotion period.
PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT LTD is acting as an executing agency for this promotional oﬀer.
Winner Selection for additional cashback of Rs. 25 000/- through lucky draw:
A draw through random computerized selection will be conducted during the contest period to extract the winners every week (1 winner every week).
Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of Havells India Ltd.
Any participant can win a maximum of one additional cashback per Mobile Number/Per House Address/ Per PAN Card/Per Aadhar Card
In the event that the winner does not avail the additional cashback in the time and manner stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the additional cashback. additional cashback must be taken as offered and cannot be varied
Any unused additional cashback is not transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken in exchange for cash.
Havells India Ltd. or its Agencies shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to Act of God, Governmental action and other Force Majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever for any such losses
The winner generation of additional cashback will be done on the basis of the Valid Unique Voucher Code Number + Unique Invoice/Bill copy, Unique mobile number + Unique PAN Card[SS1] [RA2] [SS3] [RA4]
Contacting Winner for the additional cashback:
Once the Winner is selected, the Partner Agency (Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd.) appointed by Havells India Ltd. shall contact the customer and inform them of the prize they are eligible to claim via Email or SMS or WhatsApp or Call
The shortlisted winner will be required to submit the below details within 3 business days to claim their additional cashback

Cancelled Cheque
Copy of Bill / Invoice Copy

If any shortlisted winner does not claim their cash back within the stipulated time or is not interested in continuing in the Contest or is otherwise ineligible to participate no cashback shall be declared in respect of the contest.
No additional cashback will be awarded if the information presented by the Participant(s) at the time of entering the contest is not factually correct.
In the event of the death of the Confirmed Winner, no claim from the nominee or his/her legal heirs of the Confirmed Winner shall be entertained for receiving the additional cashback subject to the compliance of the aforesaid procedure.
Gift Tax applicable on additional cash back above Rs 10,000 value, to be paid by winner (31.2%)[SS5] [RA6]
Publicity:
The Participant/s undertake and irrevocably and unconditionally permit Havells to cover the festive offer through various media including newspapers, radio television news channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc., and shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage or in this regard.
Recipients of cashback, at the request of Havells, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to Havells using their name and image in promotional material.[SS7] [RA8]
Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. and/or Company hold no legal and ﬁnancial liability on unclaimed oﬀers, incentives, vouchers, etc. beyond the applicable period of the promotional oﬀer.
Under this promotion, the Vouchers are being oﬀered directly by Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. Company is not responsible either directly or indirectly with respect to any matter pertaining to this Voucher and the prize oﬀered with this Voucher.
Each Participant represents and warrants that he/she is legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws. By taking part and/or entering into the Contest/promotion the Participant warrants that all information provided by Participant regarding Participant’s name, age, state, city, address, phone number, etc., is true, correct, accurate and complete.
The decision of Havells or its Agency, as regards the cashback and shall be final, subject only to Havells approval. No correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
No queries, claims, dispute, complaints, or grievances shall be entertained by Havells. and its agency after 15 days from the date of the closure of the contest/promotion period.
Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable in any manner for any cost or expense incurred for the purpose of redemption of the Voucher.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Company, including but not limited to technical diﬃculties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Premier Sales Promotion Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traﬃc congestion on a mobile network, or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to entrant’s or any other person’s mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this promotion.
If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or
aﬀect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
Caution: Any attempt to deliberately damage the Company’s promotional website or the information on the website, to cause malicious damage or interference with the normal functioning of the website, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, whether successful or not, the Company reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the Company suﬀers loss or incurs any costs in connection with any breach of these Terms or any other legal obligation by an entrant, the entrant agrees to indemnify the promoter for those losses, damages, and costs.
This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional oﬀer.
Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. and/or Company will have no legal and ﬁnancial liability on unclaimed oﬀers, incentives, vouchers, etc. beyond the applicable period of the promotional oﬀer.
Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its clients, agents, and distributors accept no responsibility, ﬁnancial or otherwise for the misuse of Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. vouchers by the participants and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/ availability of featured oﬀers.
Havells does not endorse the quality of any of the products or services being oﬀered by the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd or by the cashback partners. Any complaints or queries pertaining to the same would have to be taken up directly with the Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd marketing of such a product or service.
Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., the Promoter, their clients, agents, and distributors will not be liable to replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers/documents.
These Terms & Conditions are subject to Indian Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in New Delhi
